About TF Rankin & Associates
Disasters, man-made and natural, are an unfortunate reality of our world. In the midst of that reality, we seek to serve states, municipalities, and other organizations as they prepare for, respond to, and recover from such events. Our company was built on positive relationships and word-of mouth. You can learn more below, but we prefer to speak personally. Let us know how we can serve you.
History
Since 1997 TF Rankin has been a family-owned and operated company based in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. In that time we have served a variety of states, cities, and organizations in successfully navigating emergency management procedures, recovery operations, and financial reimbursements through federal grants.
Over the last quarter-century of service to our nation and some territories, TF Rankin & Associates has stepped forward to serve in some of the worst disasters our country has seen in its history. From hurricanes such as Fran, Harvey, Floyd, and Katrina to 9-11 and now COVID-19, TF Rankin has been on the frontlines of disasters in every case. We are grateful to have served and look forward to years of continual service to our cities, states, and nation.
Mission
Our mission is to assist our clients in the preparation for, response to, and recovery from disaster events. We do this by pursuing a quality-first model of excellence and integrity in all we do.
Values
Quality – We seek to apply significant levels of detail and efficiency to the work we perform. The quality of work we do speaks for itself and we will let that reputation do the talking. Our continual improvement modeling pushes us to constant learning and improvement of services and processes that work for the success of our clients.
Relationships – For almost three decades TF Rankin has thrived because of the ability to relate to our clients well. We have families and we are a family. Emergency management has many opportunities within it, for TF Rankin the primary opportunity is to build partnerships and long-lasting relationships with the organizations, municipalities, and states for whom we are fortunate enough to serve.
Servant Leadership – We believe the model that assists us in being successful is servant leadership. We gladly operate in the background with little or no recognition for what we do publicly. We relish our role in serving the greater needs of communities and our appreciation comes in a job well done, restored, and safe communities.
