TF (Tom) Rankin began his career in Emergency Services and Emergency Management in 1982. After 15 years working for the state of North Carolina, Tom saw that there was an urgent need at the local government level for temporary professional technical assistance in disaster response and recovery and began gathering like-minded experts to do just that.

Today, we provide the most comprehensive technical assistance available in the industry.
